Ara Bee Collective (formerly Laurabbeauty LLC) is an AAPI-owned team of skilled artists providing modern, inclusive hair and makeup for weddings of any culture, wherever your celebration may be. Our name, 아라 (Ara), reflects beauty, elegance, and depth, values we bring to every detail of your wedding day. We believe every client deserves an experience that feels calming, elevated, and thoughtfully tailored to them. Through refined artistry and attention to detail, we create modern hair and makeup looks that honor individuality across all cultures, styles, and love stories.

Our Story
Ara Bee Collective (아라) is a team of skilled artists specializing in modern, inclusive hair and makeup for weddings and special events, wherever your celebration takes you.
Led by Laura, a half Korean American adoptee, Ara Bee Collective was built with the belief that beauty should feel personal, intentional, and inclusive. The Korean word 아라 (Ara) is connected to meanings of beauty and elegance, reflecting the heart behind our work and the cultural inspiration woven into our brand.
What Our Clients Say
Laura and Alyssa were both incredibly professional and communicative and my bridesmaids, the MOB and MOG and I all loved our hair and makeup! A lot of our bridal party rarely wears makeup, but both did a great job of taking the lead when necessary while still sticking to each person’s vision and doing great, natural looks. Laura developed a updo for me that was still true to my curly/wavy hair. Everything stayed on all day, despite many (happy) tears:)
