The Vision Behind Ara Bee Collective
Wedding and special occasion hair and makeup have been my passion for over 15 years. I love creating timeless looks that help each client feel confident, beautiful, and authentically themselves. My approach draws from both Eastern and Western beauty traditions, and I’m proud to lead a talented team skilled in working with all hair types, textures, and skin tones.
Every wedding is unique, and I’m committed to making sure each client feels seen, celebrated, and cared for on their big day.

We use a variety of high-quality, clean products that deliver the best results including Aveda hair products, Jane Iredale makeup, and Temptu airbrush makeup.

Additional artist fee $50 flat fee for 1 or more artists. This will be determined based on your time frame and your service total. (For more than 8 services we will need 3 artists). $100 flat fee for 4 or more artists

Travel- a travel fee will be calculated based on a round trip, and any parking expenses will be included in your final total.

Touch- ups: 1 additional hour of hair and/or makeup touch ups for the bride and/or party $110
(Pricing does not reflect an 18% gratuity added on for parties of 4 or more services)
Step 1
Please review our FAQs, then submit our online contact form or email us directly to check availability for your wedding date.
Step 2
We will confirm our availability for your wedding day.
Step 3
We will schedule an initial Zoom call to answer your questions, get to know your vision, and walk you through the next steps. If, after connecting, we both feel confident and comfortable moving forward, we’ll proceed with booking, we’ll proceed with the next steps in the booking process.
Step 4
To finalize your reservation, you will receive our Hair and Makeup Service Contract along with a link to submit your initial deposit. Both the signed contract and the initial deposit must be received within 5 days of receipt.
Step 5
Once your wedding date is secured, we’ll ask you to share your inspiration photos, including ideas for hair, makeup, and any color palettes or themes you love. This helps us begin designing a look that is uniquely tailored to you. We recommend scheduling your hair and makeup trial 1–4 months before your wedding day.
